El Garhy Group is a diversified Egyptian conglomerate consisting of El Garhy Steel for industrial-scale steel production, Garhy Group for logistics and trade services, and El Garhy Foundation, led by Mohamed El Garhy, which focuses on social impact through health, education, and youth empowerment initiatives.

El Garhy Steel produces and exports rebar through three high-capacity factories with annual production capacities ranging from 300,000 to 1 million tons. The company is investing $200 million in a pellet plant and planning a billet production facility with an annual capacity of 1.1 million tons and an investment exceeding EGP 4 billion.
